1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website wadearnoldcoaching.com, completing any quiz or assessment, downloading any resource, enrolling in any coaching program, or otherwise engaging with the services of Flourishing Life Group, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use our Services.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent version took effect.
2. Description of Services
Flourishing Life Group, LLC provides faith-integrated marriage education, coaching, and digital content resources under The Christian Marriage Mentor brand. Our services include, but are not limited to:
*Quizzes and relational assessments (including the Relational Blueprint Quiz and Covenant Marriage Inventory)
*Downloadable resources, workbooks, and devotionals
*Email-based educational content and follow-up sequences
*Online coaching programs and courses, including the Covenant Marriage Blueprint
*The Flourishing Marriage Podcast and related content
*Consultation calls and virtual coaching sessions
*Books and publications authored by Dr. Wade Arnold
Our Services are educational and coaching in nature. They do not constitute licensed clinical mental health treatment, therapy, or professional psychological services. If you are seeking clinical services from Dr. Wade Arnold in his capacity as a licensed psychologist, those services are governed by a separate clinical services agreement and informed consent document.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Our Services are intended for adults seeking marriage education, relational enrichment, and faith-integrated coaching. They are not intended for individuals in acute mental health crisis. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency services.
4. Not a Substitute for Clinical Care
IMPORTANT: The Services provided by Flourishing Life Group, LLC are educational, informational, and coaching-based. They are not a substitute for licensed mental health treatment, clinical diagnosis, or professional psychological advice.
Quiz results, assessments, workbooks, and coaching content are intended for educational and reflective purposes only. Nothing in our Services:
*Establishes a therapist-client or psychologist-patient relationship
*Constitutes a clinical diagnosis or clinical recommendation
*Should be used as a replacement for individualized professional mental health care
If you are experiencing domestic violence, abuse, addiction, or a mental health crisis, please seek professional help immediately. We may provide referral information but are not equipped to serve as your treatment provider through this platform.
5. User Accounts and Registration
Certain Services may require you to provide your name and email address to access content or enroll in a program. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update that information as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Email Communications and Consent
By submitting your email address through any form, quiz, or opt-in on our platform, you consent to receive email and SMS communications from Flourishing Life Group, LLC and The Christian Marriage Mentor. These communications may include educational content, program information, and promotional offers related to our Services.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email we send. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional emails related to a purchase or active enrollment.

7. Coaching Programs and Enrollment
7.1 Program Enrollment
Enrollment in paid coaching programs, courses, or communities constitutes a binding agreement to the program-specific terms communicated at the time of purchase, including payment terms and program access duration.
7.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility varies by program. The applicable refund policy will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified:
*Digital products (e-books, downloadable workbooks, recorded courses) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
*Live coaching programs may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of enrollment if no sessions have been held and no materials have been accessed.
*Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within the applicable refund window.
7.3 No Guarantee of Results
You understand that personal growth, relational change, and marriage health are influenced by many variables beyond our control. Flourishing Life Group, LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in any program, course, or coaching engagement. Testimonials shared on our website reflect individual experiences and are not promises of typical results.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available through our Services, including but not limited to text, quizzes, assessments, workbooks, course materials, podcast episodes, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Flourishing Life Group, LLC or its licensed contributors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
*Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without written permission
*Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on our materials
*Use our content for commercial purposes or resell it to third parties

We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or content of any third-party services. Links to third-party websites on our platform do not constitute an endorsement of those sites.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOURISHING LIFE GROUP, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any information provided through the Services is accurate, complete, or current.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLOURISHING LIFE GROUP, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flourishing Life Group, LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

*Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party
*Any content you submit or transmit through the Services
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be submitted to informal negotiation. If informal negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings to be conducted in North Carolina.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability, shall survive.
16. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific agreements you have entered into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flourishing Life Group, LLC with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
